Job Title:
Administrative Assistant (الهيئة الإدارية)
Location: Madinah (Full Time)
Job Requirement:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to support our operations and daily tasks on our startup dynamic company.
Key Responsibilities:
Written transcription and content construction (in English)
Maintaining quality system documents and records (ISO + CBAHI)
Assist in managing and scheduling various work teams and coordinating their work schedules
Support customers through effective communication
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Health).
Experience: At least 1 year of experience (preferably in medical polyclinic).
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft office (MS Office, Google Suite).
Proficiency in IT related tasks and requirments.
Experience with CBAHI (Quality Management Systems).
Basic understanding of compliance regulations in healthcare is a plus.
Ability to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and technical teams.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Capable of managing multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
