Job Title:

Administrative Assistant (الهيئة الإدارية)

Location: Madinah (Full Time)

Job Requirement:

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to support our operations and daily tasks on our startup dynamic company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Written transcription and content construction (in English)

  • Maintaining quality system documents and records (ISO + CBAHI)

  • Assist in managing and scheduling various work teams and coordinating their work schedules

  • Support customers through effective communication

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Health).

  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience (preferably in medical polyclinic).

  • Required Skills:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft office (MS Office, Google Suite).

    • Proficiency in IT related tasks and requirments.

    • Experience with CBAHI (Quality Management Systems).

    • Basic understanding of compliance regulations in healthcare is a plus.

    • Ability to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and technical teams.

    • Strong organizational and time management skills.

    • Capable of managing multiple tasks with attention to detail.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
